1. Description of Promotion

First Bet Offer $1,500 is a promotional acquisition offer for new BetMGM Sportsbook users. Eligible users may receive a First Bet Offer token to apply to one qualifying first wager. If that token-applied wager loses, the participant may receive Bonus Bets equal to the losing qualifying stake, up to $1,500. Bonus Bets are promotional credits, not cash, and are subject to expiration and usage limits.

2. Promotional Period

This “Sports Promotion” is available to qualifying customers from 8/28/2025 at 12:00 AM EST through 2/9/2026 at 11:59 PM EST, unless terminated earlier in BetMGM, LLC’s sole discretion (the “Promotional Period”). Accounts opened before or after the Promotional Period will not qualify for the Sports Promotion.

3. Eligibility

Open to new users only, aged 21+, physically located in an eligible jurisdiction where the operator legally offers online sports wagering services. Participants must pass registration and verification checks and must not be on exclusion/self-exclusion or restricted lists. Employees and affiliated persons connected to the promoter and related vendors may be ineligible.

4. Action Required

  • Open a new account on BetMGM Sportsbook web or app.
  • Make a first qualifying deposit of at least $10.
  • Activate and apply First Bet Offer token on your first real-money wager.
  • Wager must meet the minimum odds requirement and settle under sportsbook rules.
  • If it loses, eligible Bonus Bets may be credited up to the qualifying amount.

5. Bonus Bets Mechanics

Bonus Bets cannot be withdrawn directly, are non-transferable, and are forfeited upon use. If a bonus-funded wager wins, only net winnings are paid to the user account balance. Bonus Bets expire seven (7) days after issue unless otherwise stated in operator terms.

6. Voids, Cash Out, Cancellations

If the first token wager is canceled, voided, cashed out early, edited materially, or invalidated, promotional eligibility may be removed. BetMGM may adjust, withhold, or reverse promotional credits if fraud, abuse, multi-account behavior, manipulation, or policy violations are detected. Operator decisions on promotional interpretation and eligibility are final where allowed by law.

7. Additional Conditions
